Blackout Dates: Christmas and New Year?s Weeks, President?s week, the 2nd and 3rd weeks of March, Bluegrass Weekend, and Labor Day weekend. All reservations are based on availability. The calculation for suggested retail value is based on published rates during peak times including resort fees, taxes, parking, etc... Once package has been paid for by Non Profit, winner will receive a Bid Winner Booking Form from the Non Profit via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem your travel. Please allow up to (3) weeks to receive your certificate. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Travel must be completed within one year from date of event.
Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
