Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Package blackout dates: 2018 - Grand Prix Weekend May 25-27, April 5 & 6, and September 26-28. 2019 - Grand Prix Weekend May 24-26, April 4 & 5, and September 24-28. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. A 60 day advance reservation is required.
Once package has been paid for by Non Profit, winner will receive a Bid Winner Booking Form from the Non Profit via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem your travel. Please allow up to (3) weeks to receive your certificate. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Travel must be completed within one year from date of event.
Bidder is reponsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
