Artist Statement: I have painted for what seems to be a lifetime. I have moved through genres on a professional and commercial level as an independent artist for the last twenty-five years. During this time, I've created my own personal vocabulary through the expression of the paint itself. After all these years I have developed a sophisticated simplicity within architecture, while housing an abstract linear event of expressive ideas in the form itself. Painting has brought me much joy, due to the fact that I can express my ideas physically, combined with an unconditional approach and be receptive and present with every expressive brush stroke.
