Crepe Cooking Class & Degustation by Christine Doucet
This Crepe Cooking Class will be taught by Christine Doucet, a native from France who has been cooking and savoring crepes since her childhood.
Christine will demonstrate and explain all the tricks to easily make and cook delicious crepes. Everyone will have a chance to make their own crepe if they wish and, of course, to sample crepes with exquisite sweet filling. Small French appetizers and beverage will be served during the cooking class.
Prepared by Christine Doucet in her Cambridge home. Bid as an individual or couple for an evening of fun and good food.
This class will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 pm. The cost is $100 per person for 8 people. All profits will go to NAMI Cambridge.
Bidding price is per plate. Top 8 bidders will win.
