Green Hills Country Club features an exceptionally challenging eighteen-hole golf course. Designed in 1929 by Dr. Alister MacKenzie, wood and iron accuracy are essential for mastery of the 6,351 yard course. It plays to par 71 from the regular tees for men and par 72 for women. Green Hills Country Club has been host to many championship events including the 1987 U.S. Open Qualifying, 2005 and 2007 Senior Open Qualifying, and 2011 Mid-Amateur Qualifier, California State Amateur Qualifying and the Northern California Golf Association Two-Man Qualifying.
Item Special Note
Green Hills Country Club maintains a high standard of dress. Proper attire must be worn on the golf course and in the Clubhouse at all times. Shirts must have collars. Jeans, tank tops, T-shirts, warm-up suits, sweats, jogging shorts, cargo shorts, and short shorts are not considered proper attire.
