The two hunters are required to hunt however additional non-hunting activities are often available and can be arranged at specially discounted prices.  The winner may also choose to add additional hunters or non-hunting observers to the package at specially reduced rates.

Required minimum number of game to be harvested is dependant on species hunted and is at the outfitter's discretion.   We only offer hunts in areas and with outfitters who are as passionate as we are about conservation and legal, sustainable hunting.

This Safair does not include:

Airfare or trophy fees for animals harvested or wounded or lost, accomodations before or after the hunt, dip and pack or other taxidemy services, trophy export costs, the permits, visa, gratuities, personal or medical insurance, observers or non-hunters.

 This auction item is a hunting trip for two hunters and cannot be exchanged for a photo safari or any other hunt represented by Global Sporting Safaris.

Reservations of trip dates must be made within 45 days of receiving trip.  Hunts may take place during any available dates in 2018 or 2019.  A non-refundable hunter deposit of $500 per hunter will be required to secure the trip dates and to confirm the hunt with outfitter.  The hunter deposit will be applied 100% to the individual hunter's trophy fees which are due the last day of the hunt.  Each hunter and any individual parties will be required to sign a liability waiver.  Due to the fluid nature of international hunting, Global Sporting Safaris (GSS) reserves the right to revise our donation program at any time without prior notice.  In addition, donation hunts sold at auction may be subject to change .  In the event it is determined that the featured outfitter(s) no longer meets our performance standards, an alternate hunt of equal or greater value will be substituted as deemed appropriate.  This is to ensure the highest level of integrity and quality is provided to our client on every hunt.
