Item Special Note
Stay is only subject to availability and must be used within 12 calendar months from the date of the event (June 13, 2019). Lease agreement must be completed by guest to secure their dates. A US$500 fully-refundable security deposit is required from winning bidder 2 weeks prior to check-in. Stay is non-transferrable to third parties without prior authorization directly from the property owners (purchased as a gift for immediate family members is acceptable).
The Casa has 3 bedrooms that sleep UP TO 6 people with 1 king bed, 1 double bed, and 2 twin beds. Please plan accordingly and be sure that your sleeping arrangements do not include sofas or air mattresses.
