Honey Tasting

Join second year student Sarah Callan for a one-of-a-kind honey tasting that will introduce you to a variety of honey both in the United States and around the world. The honey tasting will explore the ways that politics, technology, and the environment shape the flavors we enjoy so much. After the tasting, you will take home a jar for yourself to begin your own collection.  

The honey will include Australian Manuka honey, British Cotswold honey from Harrods, locally sourced pure honey from Green Cow, and honey with a honey comb from the Welsh Homestead in Middleburgh, NY.

Sarah came to CGP with six years of experience in beekeeping and is excited to share her expertise with you!
