Description

If you've ever wanted to learn how to make the elusive French macarons you've come to the right place!

What's involved: You'll join us for a 2-2.5 hour evening at our store (810C 16th Ave SW, Calgary), where we learn a little bit about the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips & tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation, and troubleshooting (12 people). You will sample some of our macarons & have tea from our own line of premium organic loose leaf teas.

At the end of the class you will have a box of macarons to take home (approx. 30) that we have worked together to make as a group; this allows you to bring home two flavours and different colours. We supply all materials and equipment needed.

All classes in Calgary start at 6:30 unless otherwise noted.
