Ally Forstmann will provide three home visits focused on sustainability. The first visit will be to create a family profile and assess your current food, consumption and waste patterns. Second, you'll take a refrigerator / freezer deep dive and receive recipe suggestions for your leftovers. On your third visit, she'll make recommendations for moving forward in the most sustainable way. Topics you'll discuss include your buying trends, your waste trends, your family?s lifestyle and long-term composting solutions. She will also make recommendations so that you can install your own systems and start your waste reduction journey.
