Important: This Certificate provides resort accommodations for 7 nights for up to two rooms. All the winner has to pay for is their transportation and their food and beverage, which is covered by the required All-Inclusive supplement.
Certificates can be transferred from the prize winner to a family member or friend however, they may not be ?re-sold? online at eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or other similar sites.
Rules of Usage:
Certificate provides 7 nights accommodations for up to two rooms (double occupancy) (valued up to $3,000 depending on dates of travel) at Palm Island Resort & Spa. All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $140.00 per person, /per night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities including non-motorized watersports, and gratuities. Government tax/service is additional. Guests choosing to upgrade to a higher category may do so for as little as $50 per night + tax. Air transportation is not included. Should you require air they are available to assist. Resort black-out dates do not apply however, additional peak season surcharge of $100 per person, per night applies for stays December 21 - April 15. Also, one 7 night stay is valid for peak season dates December 21 - April 15/ two 7 night stays are valid April 16 - December 20. Air must be purchased at the time of booking for stays December 21 - January 3 & February 1-24. Reservations are subject to availability, some restrictions apply.
The required supplement and taxes/service charges are collected by their office at the time of booking.
Reservations: To redeem their certificate and book their vacation, winners may call us 7 days a week at (866) 611-5081. Accommodations are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early for peak travel periods. Additional surcharge may apply seasonally and during Christmas week and February. All travel must be booked by the ?Expiration date? on each certificate.
Air Transportation is not included. They can assist the winners with air travel plans as they have access to airline fares and availability.
