Accommodations are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early for peak travel periods. Additional surcharge may apply seasonally and during Christmas week and February. All travel must be booked by the ?Expiration date? on each certificate.
Rules of Usage:
This resort certificate provides 7-9 nights accomodation (double occupancy) for 3 rooms (valued up to $1200 per room depending on dates of travel) at St. James Club & Villas. All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $125 per person/per night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities, & gratuities. Government tax/service is additional. Guests choosing to upgrade to a higher room category may do so for as little as $50 per night + tax. Reservations are subject to availability, some restrictions apply. Air transportation is not included. Should you require air they are able to assist. Resort black-out dates do not apply, however, additional peak season surchargeof $50 per person, per night applies Dec. 21-Jan 3 & Feb 1-24. Air must be purchased at the time of booking for stays Dec. 21 - Jan. 3 & Feb. 1-24.
