There?s no better place to be in Sonoma than in the exquisite gardens of master gardener Dr Joshua Rassen.
This is your chance to tour one of Sonoma?s most beautiful and extensive home gardens guided by Dr Rassen as the vegetables, fruits and trees are at their peak. Spanning over 3 acres, the gardens include native and heirloom varieties of fruits, vegetables, flowers, trees, and flowering shrubs along a series of charming paths. Delights abound for the eyes, nose, and tongue as vivid colors, subtle fragrances, and refreshing tastes greet you as you stroll along the tranquil paths of this natural oasis.
You will also marvel at the mastery and ingenuity of the infrastructure that has been created to support the vegetation. You?ll get a lesson in gardening propagation and gardening best practices. Visitors will also be treated to light refreshments served in the garden gazebo prepared with ingredients from the garden by a well known local Sonoma Chef.* And you?ll be able to take home some of the bounty of the garden to enjoy.
