Born in the plains of Nebraska, Brenda Moss is a portrait and figurative painter who now lives and works in the mountains of Park City, Utah. After a lengthy career as a human resources executive and as a mother of two kids and a golden retriever, Brenda found she had a passion for art after taking classes through a local arts organization. Though she essentially considers herself a self-taught artist, Brenda has studied under and has been influenced by Utah artists such as David Frederick Riley and Casey Childs. Believing that everyone has the gift to create built into their DNA, Brenda fully immerses herself in the subject matter of each painting, always in search of capturing the essence of its soul. Brenda Moss is also a member of the International Portrait Society
