Your feast is currently grazing away on a beautiful farm in Sandy Level, Virginia, but is scheduled to be harvested in mid-September 2020. It will be USDA certified, and consist of a balanced quarter produced at Schrock's in Gladys, Virginia. That is approximately 90 pounds of beef -- fill your freezer! A typical quarter of beef can include New York Steaks, Tenderloin Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Tri Tip or Skirt Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Top Round Steaks, Flank or Flat Iron Steaks, Boneless Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Oriental Ribs, Back Ribs, Stew Meat, Stir Fry and Ground Beef (actual delivered selection may vary!).
