Eat well this fall, and eat local, too! Bid on a 1/4 portion, on the hoof, of Grassland Farm's 100% naturally raised, 100% grass fed and grass finished Certified Angus beef. Your feast is currently grazing away on a beautiful farm in Sandy Level, Virginia, but is scheduled to be harvested in mid-September 2020. It will be USDA certified, and consist of a balanced quarter produced at Schrock's in Gladys, Virginia. That is approximately 90 pounds of beef -- fill your freezer! A typical quarter of beef can include New York Steaks, Tenderloin Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Tri Tip or Skirt Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, Top Round Steaks, Flank or Flat Iron Steaks, Boneless Chuck Roasts, Brisket, Oriental Ribs, Back Ribs, Stew Meat, Stir Fry and Ground Beef (actual delivered selection may vary!).
SHIPPING INFO: If the winning bidder lives within 30 miles of Chatham, you are asked to pick up your item at Reid Street Gallery in Chatham M-F between 10 -4 and Sat 10-2. No phone calls please. If the winning bidder lives outside 30 miles of Chatham, the item will be shipped Free Of Charge.
