THE TODAY SHOW is an American news and talk morning television show that airs on NBC. Debuting in 1952 as the first of it's genre in the world, it is the longest-running United States televised series.
Elizabeth Heiskell, born and raised in the Mississippi Delta started her culinary journey with courses at the Culinary Institute of American at Hyde Park, New York. As Lead Culinary Instructor at the Viking Cooking School in Greenwood, Mississippi, she has represented world renowned Viking Range Corporation on exclusive SilverSea Cruises through Spain, Portugal, and Hawaii; and has made multiple television and public appearances, including THE TODAY SHOW.
