By day, Trudy Fisher is a partner in the Butler Snow law firm, but by night and on weekends, her alter ego is TruQue, a BBQ endeavor that has garnered her championship status in a number of competitions, including Memphis in May and Octoberfest (here in Cleveland). A former BBQ judge for Memphis in May and a regular guest commentator on Mississippi Public Broadcasting's Down Home Dining radio show, Trudy features homemade dry rubs, sauces, and finger licking BBQ. Bring your friends to the Delta location of your choice for a rousing rib cooking, more than a little drinking, and some mighty fine music!
