Description

We could all use a little magic about now!  A magic show can transport the audience to another place and time, especially with a magician as talented and as compassionate as Tom Verner and his mime assistant (and wife) La Fleur a.k.a. Janet Fredericks,

This auction item entitles the winner to a live 45 minute to an hour magic show by Tom Verner.  The location must be within a 75 mile radius of Bristol, Vermont.

The show can be tailored for children or adults or both for an audience of 15 to 500.

Book this magic show for a birthday party - from 1 to 90 years old. Or how about a retirement party, a farewell party, a neighborhood barbecue, a graduation party, a baby shower, wedding shower, a company holiday party, a company retreat, family reunion, high school reunion - be creative.

Okay, so you won't be able to book this event next week due to Covid-19, but this offer is valid until 12/31/21.  If by then Covid is still preventing this gathering, not only will we really need some magic, but also the expiration date can be extended.

Item Special Note

Tom Verner and his wife Janet Fredericks are the founders of Magicians without Borders, a non-profit organization that uses magic to create a just world full of possibility in communities around the world

Since 2002, Magicians Without Borders has traveled to over 45 countries using magic to entertain, educate and empower. We have entertained over 1,000,000 of the most forgotten people in the world, frequently in refugee camps.

We believe that learning, practicing and performing magic transform at-risk youth?s lives, by awakening dreams and the hope that the impossible is possible.

We created a unique long term education program that increases a child?s self-confidence, discipline, focus, and self-esteem and gives them a sense of personal power. This gives them the opportunity to raise themselves out of poverty and to enthusiastically create a hopeful future.

We?ve implemented our education program directly impacting hundreds at-risk youth in more than a dozen locations in 10 cities of 7 countries.
