Starting with wholesome ingredients straight from our dairy farmers in upstate New York who are as passionate about their cows as we are about our custard. Our cows are fed the highest quality food and enjoy a standard of care that is a model for the industry. As our farmers like to say, ?Happy cows produce the best milk?. With sustainable farming practices and clean living, our dairy farms provide us with the best ingredients for our frozen custard.
When delivered to each of our stands, the raw ingredients are combined in a simple process and churned in our custom frozen custard machine throughout the day in small batches. Each cone, dish, sundae or milkshake is then hand scooped and made to order. This process ensures each customer?s expectations are exceeded when they taste our smooth, creamy delicious frozen custard, while also managing inventory and eliminating waste.
Our simple process also lends itself to creativity and variety as every stand has the ability to create any flavor from our ever expanding flavor portfolio or experiment with a recipe created in house. From the perennial favorites of Chocolate Almond, Pistachio Pineapple and Pumpkin Pie Spice, to the more recent break out hits of Salty Carmel, Fudge Oreo Cheesecake or Pomegranate each flavor is a show stopper creating instant fans and requests for an encore. Since all our flavors are made in small batches, our customers are continually experiencing new varieties creating a unique surprise every time they walk in the door.
