Description

From Barrel 21, an assortment of locally produced and distilled spirits. Enjoy these in moderation, good health and with good company!

Includes:

  • Vodka. Rye based vodka is distilled three times, then filtered through activated carbon. The process gives a sweeter, vanilla undertone that finishes clean
  • Limencello. Made from a rye mash and first distilled to 190 Proof. To this, we add the zest of fresh lemons to macerate over the course of 45 days, lending color and flavor to the spirit. Finally, filtered water and cane sugar are added to bring it down to 60 Proof. Serve cold.
  • Gin. Begins with a rye mash, and is distilled three times. During the last distillation, we add our botanicals that include juniper, coriander, licorice root, cardamom, lemon peel, lime peel, orange peel, and orris root. The spirit is then brought down to 80 proof with purified water.
  • White Tail Pennsylvania Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from all Pennsylvania grains. Our mash bill consists of 70% Wapsie Valley Corn, 15% Danko Rye, 10% Malted Barley, and 5% Malted Rye. This whiskey is then aged in new, 53-gallon white oak barrels with a #4 char for a minimum of 2 years. It has a soft nose, displaying hints of oak, caramel, and stonefruit. The palate is sweet and full, with notes of light baking spices, red fruits, vanilla, and oak.
