You'll find hidden treasures and hear about Chinese immigrants to the United States, the communities they built, and the great food they brought with them!
You'll discover and learn about tea and dim sum, plus tools and ingredients you can use to make great Chinese dishes.
Then Chef Yan will show you China Live, the marketplace, bar and restaurant destination in the heart of the Chinatown district, and host your group for dinner there. Chef/Owner of China Live, George Chen will be in the kitchen preparing his signature dishes just for you: Peking Duck, Filet Mignon, his special recipe Kung Pao Chicken, Chilean Sea Bass and more.
