Whale Watching After their 10,000 mile migration from Alaska, gray whales arrive to give birth and nurse in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. Whale watching is available January -- March.
Cooking Class Every Thursday at 5pm our Executive Chef will help you prepare a delicious meal. You'll collect "chocolata clams" from the sea to prepare a traditional fish and clam ceviche, then using fresh and aromatic herbs from the Chef's garden, prepare a pescado zarandeado over a wood and coal bonfire. Enjoy these dishes on the beach along with a traditional mojito.
