ORIGINAL BLUE is ultra-creamy in texture, sweet fresh milk cheese with a punch of blue flavor. Aged 3-4 months.
TOMA is Italian-inspired semi-hard aged cheese, with buttery flavor and a subtle grassy tangy finish. Made with microbial (vegetarian) rennet, rBST-free cow milk, and certified gluten-free.
BAY BLUE is a rustic cheese reminiscent of Stilton. It is known for mild flavors and sweet, salted caramel finish. A fan favorite since 2012.
