A 7-night stay at Chalet Bobs in Murren, Switzerland

A 7-night stay in the Alps in Mürren, Switzerland looking across the Lauterbrunnen Valley at the Eiger, Monk, and Jungfrau mountains. This quiet, car-free town sits at 5450 ft with year-round activities to enjoy: hiking, paragliding, skiing, bicycling, and sightseeing to name a few. Reachable by train or car from the Zurich Airport, you'll enjoy the cool mountain air and beautiful views.

This is a one-bedroom apartment. Dates to be arranged with the owners and additional rooms can be arranged at your expense. Your stay begins on a Saturday.

The Schilthorn and its revolving restaurant are just a gondola ride away.  The Cable Car ride on the Schilthornbahn from Mürren to the Schilthorn and breakfast in the the revolving 360°-Restaurant Piz Gloria for two is included and can be arranged with Chalet Bobs upon arrival.

The bidder is responsible for transport to Mürren either by train or the Schilthornbahn Gondola thru Gimmelwald. Chalet Bobs is closer to the Schilthornbahn. If arriving by car, park in Stechlberg and take the Schilthornbahn up to Mürren. There are no additional fees (i.e. no cleaning fee.)

The offer is good for two years unless re-negotiated separately with Chalet Bobs.

Note that Mürren is a car-free town. Expect to walk everywhere, including to the grocery store.  Rick Steves brings travelers to Mürren and the mountain farm village of Gimmelwald a short distance below.

Unless otherwise indicated above, items will need to be picked up by the bidder at either of the following locations/dates:

-  September 10, 2022: San Joaquin Swiss Club, 110 North Manley, Ripon, CA 95366

Shipping and handling charges (if any) must be paid by the bidder.

Payments must be made via credit card. A transaction fee (5%) and a credit card processing fee (3.5%) will be added to the bid amount and charged to the bidders credit card.

If required under applicable law, sales tax will be added to the bid amount and charged to the successful bidder?s credit card.

All items are sold as is. Any item sold but left unclaimed by December 31, 2022, will be offered to the next highest bidder for purchase at the next highest bid amount. Payments made for unclaimed auction items will not be refunded.
