Description
One (1) Adolescent group training class. Each group class consists of 6 sessions at Woof Academy.
The Adolescent Group Class is 6 sessions and is for dogs over 6 months and under the age of 2 years that are out of puppyhood and into the FUN stage of Canine Adolescence. This class has a heavy focus on desensitizing your dog to their world. That includes other dogs and people. Some dogs at this stage of life are overly excitable, some are fearful, and some are reactive. They are responding to their environment. This class will help you help them to follow your lead in stimulated situations by setting clear rules and boundaries for your pup. This is a VERY popular class as the Adolescent Phase takes many by surprise. This class also has a heavy focus on leash skills and we start to practice the Canine Good Citizenship test items so that you have a clear path to train your pup to become well mannered.
There is no pre-requisite for this class and dogs not not have to be spayed or neutered to attend.
