Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, reality-based self defense system, defend against common chokes, grabs & strikes, and defend more serious threats involving weapons. Training can be tailored based on student's needs, from kids dealing with bullies and students going off to college, or also parents looking for self-defense and fitness.
