3 nights stay in a one bedroom residence at the Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas in the summer 2023, good for a family maximum 2 adults and 2 kids. The dates will need to be flexible given that other rentals within the timeframe for booking in the summer could already be reserved, but schedules can be accommodated.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder?s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wed, April 5th, 2023 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, April 6th, 2023 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.
All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
