Description
Personalized workout with Coach Soto.
Can do an individualized session for 1, or fun group workout (up to 4 participants - winner plus 3 friends). We?ll do a movement assessment, track mobility patterns, and isometric loading capabilities to start. The workout can be tailored to the students? needs (introductory style to build confidence in their abilities and weight room experience, or intense sweat-inducing). Can be scheduled based on student availability; before or after school, or during lunch.
Current LASA students only.
