Grown At our very own Nooney Farm! Georgian Crystal garlic belongs to the Porcelain variety, which is known for its large size, rich taste, and ease of growing in colder climates. However, Georgian Crystal garlic also fares well in warmer climates, better than other Porcelains. It has 4-6 very large cloves per bulb, wrapped in thick, parchment-like skin that makes them easy to peel. It has a mild, smooth, slightly smoky, and buttery flavor that is not too hot. It is popular as a roasting garlic, as it melts in your mouth when slow roasted. It is also an all-purpose garlic that adds a crisp taste to various dishes, such as stir-fries, vegetables, chicken, and fish.
