The traditional art of sabrage (Sah-Braash), using an authentic saber to open a bottle of sparkling wine, is a special ceremony.
You'll receive one-on-one instruction from an experienced guide who will teach you the proper technique of opening your chosen bottle of Breathless Sparkling Wine using impact from the blunt side of a saber. You'll enjoy that same bottle of Breathless Sparkling Wine, newly opened by your own hand, to enjoy on the property.
