Get running with the Mile High Run Club in NYC!
All classes combine high intensity intervals? including speedplay and hill work? with active recovery periods for a more efficient workout.
Classes include:
DASH STRENGTH: Foundational program for runners with 30 minutes of HIIT intervals on the tread followed by 15 minutes of running-focused strength and kettlebell training.
DIRTY 30: The shortest running-only class designed for maximum benefits in a shorter format of high-intensity based intervals. The class includes playing with speed and/or hills and active recovery intervals in between.
HIGH 45: Running-only, interval-based class consisting of HIIT work on the tread. This class will include speed play and/or hills with active recovery periods in the mix.
DISTANCE: Running-only, interval-based class incorporating longer intervals with tempo and/or hills on the treadmill
