Nestled where the Pine Ridge, Prairie and Badlands converge, Our Heritage Guest Ranch provides unique recreational experiences on a family ranch that was established in 1887, and it is still operated by a family member, Jean Norman. Open year-round, the ranch is located next to Toadstool Park near Crawford, Nebraska and surrounded by the Oglala National Grasslands, which enhance the beauty of the open spaces and unique geological formations. The ranch staff invites you to accompany them as they carry out daily ranch tasks, such as fixing fences, haying, and calving, or take advantage of the many activities we offer. Other attractions are Hudson/ Meng Paleo Indian Dig Site, Fort Robinson, and the
Chadron Fur Trade Museum. Some are opened seasonally.

The cabin house contains two bedrooms, one common space with a pull-out sofa, one bathroom, and a convenient kitchen. The cabin is your home away from home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility, full bath, linens and towels. Guests can choose from photo excursions, artist workshops and guided historical tours to add to their stay.

Crawford, Nebraska. Just 2 hours from Rapid City Regional Airport.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Our area is rich in geologic and western history. Toadstool Geologic Park is next to the ranch. Over the hills just 4 miles due west is the Hudson/Meng Bison Bone Bed. Agate Fossil Bed is a 45-minute drive away as is the Mammoth Museum. The Fur Trade Museum and Fort Robinson State Park are excellent places to learn about our Western history and the settling of this land.
