Estrella Restaurant at Sirena del Mar is our on-site signature restaurant, for casual
daytime dining or fine dining once the sun sets. Belly up to the Tronco Bar for
specialty coffee beverages or handcrafted libations.
From simple favorites to Mexican traditions, Estrella offers an eclectic menu for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you?re enjoying a wood-fired pizza or fresh
