Prana Stretch is a deeply healing and relaxing private group class for 4 (held in the privacy of your own home) that focuses on one's life force energy; prana. Students will be guided through various asanas (postures, mainly lying on your back or stomach) throughout the class while the instructor gives hands on massage, adjustments, and healing touch in order to help you ground and release prana. Props such as the yoga block and strap, as well as guided breath work will be incorporated into the class. We suggest wearing loose fitting clothes and layering your clothes to stay warm.
