Great Mountain Guide Service - Our Mission is Your Adventure!
Explore the beauty of Maine?s Katahdin region on a guided half-day hike and paddle. The route to Little and Big Niagra Falls is a 3 mile total trip on mostly flat terrain, rated as a good option for beginners, families, and young kids. After enjoying a respite forlunch, a canoe clinic and guided paddle awaits on Daicey Pond
Important details:
- There is room for up to 9 participants in this excursion, a great option for
families! - Excursion can be booked for July 9 or 10 2024 ,or July 22nd or 23rd 2024.
- Guide will not provide transportation, the guide will meet your group at the
access road of Baxter State Park and your group may follow in their own vehicle. - Participants will need to provide their own bag lunches and sign a hiking release
form. - Guide will provide a MEDKIT and water purification system.
- Canoes at Daicey Pond are available to rent from the park for $1.00 per hour

Meet Jesika Lucarelli of Great Mountain Guide Service! Jesika was born in Connecticut, raised in Belfast, ME, and now resides in the Katahdin Region. Jesika was recently featured in North American Outdoorsman magazine and she holds a Maine Guides License with whitewater and recreation endorsements.
She loves food, family, and her dogs! Jesika has been leading whitewater and
recreational trips since 2012 in the Katahdin Region and is a proud supporter and Pro Staff Team Member at Old Town Canoes.
