Description
This activity is perfect for kids who want to know more about their bikes, but are not quite sure where to start. Participants will learn the names of bicycle parts and the tools used with each part to completely disassemble a bicycle, examine, and organize the parts. Tools and bikes will be provided by West Town Bikes Community Bike Workshop. The bikes we will use are at the end of their lives and will be recycled afterward. The event will take place at Brentano on a Tuesday or Thursday after school from 4:00-5:30.
Item Special Note
6 kids is the perfect size, we will have 3 bikes. Adults are welcome too!
This is best for 3-8 graders and a mix of ages is fine. Must be Brentano family to bid on this item.
