La Luz light roast: Bring your morning routine into The Light. This coffee is from a small region in Chiapas, Mexico called La Concordia. This region is cooler and drier than other parts of Mexico which slows the growing process and yields a coffee that is sweet and caramel-like in body, even as a light roast.
