About andSons Chocolates
Since 1983, we have been treating locals and visitors from around the world to fine chocolate from our home in Beverly Hills. Our not-so-secret recipe consists of a passion for craft, presentation and hospitality. andSons is a 2nd-generation Beverly Hills chocolatier. Led by two brothers born into fine chocolate, we offer a collection of modern and classic bonbons which combine the time-honored processes of our European past with the inspiration and creativity of our Los Angeles roots.
Our kitchen, located in LA?s Arts District, is led by Chef Sandy Tran. An accomplished chef, Sandy previously held the position of Pastry Chef at The French Laundry in Napa Valley. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and under her guidance, our culinary team handcrafts all our confections using an ingredient-first approach. Working with artisanal chocolate makers, specialty providers and seasonal produce, they hand-select ingredients to highlight flavors and textures to make every bite a heavenly journey. Sandy is also the sister we never had.
