Description
An instructor will lead up to two 30 minute yoga classes at your child or teen?s school on a mutually agreed upon date and time. Any classroom between Preschool and 12th Grade is eligible. Our classes are developmentally appropriate and designed with an educator?s lens. The yoga class will follow a theme and can be aligned with your classroom?s curriculum. Depending on grade level, classes will include movement, breathing techniques, team building, a story, yoga games, and relaxation.

We are dedicated to nurturing kids? innate desire for movement and play through a nervous system -neuroscience approach. We offer a range of services including yoga for kids and adults, professional development for those working with youth, and programming for parents. BBKY aims to integrate movement, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning strategies to support each child, school, educator, and organization.
