ROSE SOIREE WITH AMALI SOMMELIERS
WINE AND FOOD CLASS / VALUE: $1800

Description: Amali sommeliers will lead a 20 minute tasting and discussion of different types of rose from around the
Mediterranean and share insider knowledge on how to pick a great rose for your next dinner party or night out. The talk
will take place in one of Amali?s private rooms/family table and include a a selection of mediterranean dips and charcuterie.
Rose will pour freely for 2 hours. Ideal for parties of 8-10 people.


Time & Location: Start time between 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Amali, 115 East 60th Street, NY NY 10022.


Value Calculation: The minimum cost of a private event space, owner/sommelier/chef?s time, value of food, and wine for
tasting.


Blackout Dates: November 20 - January 1, All Holidays/Holiday Weekends.
Blackout Days: Tuesday-Thursday
Preferred Times: Months of January or February, Friday-Monday. Scheduling at Amali?s convenience.
Timing and reservations subject to a la carte and private dining reservations.

Gift certificate is not transferable to dining
credit and is exclusive of gratuity.


Amali reserves the right to reschedule the event up to 24 hours before the event. We endeavor to schedule wine tasting
gift certificates on days when this is least likely to occur to avoid this possible situation from the outset of scheduling.


If you decide to stay for dinner, we request that the party orders additional appetizers/entrees ?for the table? and whatever
wine is open at the time the tasting is completed will be ?carried over? to your dinner and additional beverages, food, etc.
will be charged at normal a la carte prices. Start of tasting to begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

The gift certificate is valid until 12.31.24.
