You and your family talk with the trainer about your dog, home, life, schedule, current issues, goals, and more and would work together to decide what kind of training and/or care would be best for your specific situation. This lot includes a customized training plan and set of resources for you and your pet. Private Lessons involve the dog, family, and trainer working through the training plan as a team. The goal is that the families work drives the changes in their dog?s behavior by understanding and applying new skills, habits, and methods of communication which they will learn from their trainer. This could be in your house, at the Highpoint property, or out in the world, depending on what behaviors are being worked on.

A typical schedule is one two-hour training session once a week. Private training includes hands-on instruction, practical demonstration, practice for each family member, and homework for the week. Also included are follow-up emails and one-on-one support outside of sessions.
