The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all local resort taxes and fees, and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable. Please note that many resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America have mandatory all-inclusive fees paid locally at the resort. These fees are outside of Odenza?s control. Please ask your travel agent if you are interested in an all-inclusive resort. Once reservations are confirmed, an Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, airline or travel service provider, if applicable. Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are travelling outside your country of residence Odenza recommends all travelers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. For your protection Odenza always recommends the purchase of travel insurance.

Vacation is non-refundable and fully transferable. You'll contact the vacation provider directly to select dates and book the vacation.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder?s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. 

All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
