Max von Essen is an Irish Rep Company Member who was last seen at Irish Rep for Meet Me in St. Louis in 2020. He is known for originating the role of Henri Baurel in the stage adaptation of An American in Paris (for which he was nominated for a Tony), as well as roles in Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables, and Evita on Broadway.
