Description
This Silent Auction item was painted by Mrs. Chambers, using the fingerprints and inspiration from the children's ideas in the 1st grade class.
She said, "The children and I looked at the shape of the chip and dip bowl together and decided that it would make a perfect speedway. They then shared with me which imaginative and funny car they wanted to be depicted as driving. And of course, we had to get Mrs. Mazzella in the mix! Their fingerprints were used both for the little drivers and the cars, while I painted in the details. I hope you will enjoy this chip and dip platter as a memory of this wonderful class and this special period of their and your lives."
