We just returned from our second trip. The resort is beautiful, kept immaculately clean, and the service is outstanding. A few team members that stood out: Javier at the concierge desk at the 9 floor; Juan at the breakfast buffet; Lizbet from the entertainment team; and Dave and Edward from the pool bar. Everyone there works tirelessly to ensure your trip is amazing. When we return to Puerto Vallarta, I can?t think of a reason it wouldn?t be to this resort. Wow. There is truly 5 diamond service. The suite was less than 2 years old and was state of the art. Furniture and fixtures were first class. The beach club every morning was perfection. Outstanding service and an extensive food and beverage menu. All the restaurants were special. We enjoyed the steak restaurant by the beach and our second favorite was the Italian restaurant above the store. Don't miss the spa! Second to none. We were there for 7 nights but could have stayed longer if we knew how romantic it would be there. - Roy S
