"We have been to Cabo 15 times. Chilean Bay was by far the best resort we had the opportunity to visit. The place is perfect in every way. The room, staff, food, and amenities could not be more perfect. They think of everything before we have a chance to. The staff knows your name upon arrival. They greet you personally and do not forget your preferences. The room was a dream - large modern, immaculate, and even had an outdoor shower and looked over the ocean. ?If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the second we got to Chileno Bay, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. Diane is amazing and helped us arrange all sorts of dinners and activities prior to our arrival. We brought our two young boys (4 and 1) and while traveling with children can be stressful at times, the staff made everything so easy for us. They left our boys surprise birthday presents in the room (they had just celebrated their birthdays) and the restaurant, Comal gave our youngest a personalized bib. So thoughtful and unexpected. The staff at the restaurant, Yaya served us in between their lunch and dinner service and it was such an amazing accommodation because our baby goes to bed around normal dinner time. Alejandro at Yaya and Julio at Comal waited on us multiple times during our stay and we just loved them! So sweet to our family. We also unfortunately needed a medical provider while were there and Diane arranged for a doctor to come on site in just minutes. Truly amazing. Yes, the views are breathtaking and the resort is flawless but the people are what made the entire trip incredible. My husband and I have already booked to go back in June (without the kiddos) and are counting down the minutes.? - Kelsey H.
