Description

Looking for a spontaneous thank you gift for a grandparent or family friend? We have just the auction item for you. Bid on a chance to see some of the greatest, most classic films ever on the big screen. In many cases, the movies are playing at the theater in which they originally premiered years ago.

Turner Classic Movies has donated 2 VIP passes to their film festival taking place in Hollywood from April 28 - May 1, 2016. With classic films like Cinema Paradiso, Children of A Lesser God, Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, Manchurian Candidate, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, The Way We Were and over 80 more offered, it’s a treat for any film buff or movie-goer.

This VIP pass is sold out! This auction is the only way to still get this kind of access to the festival where you can get into every film (but the opening night film) without having to wait in line.

Movies show from 9 am until about 10 pm at 6 different theaters in Hollywood (all in walking distance to each other). What makes the TCM Film Festival unique are the special introductions that provide context about each film including guest appearances by actors, actresses, directors, producers and other key figures. To see these classics on the big screen is a special experience. This year Alec Baldwin will interview Elliott Gould. Elliot will also be interviewed before a screening of The Long Goodbye. Faye Dunaway will be interviewed before a screening of Network. Eva Marie Saint will talk about The Russians are Coming The Russians are Coming. There will also be a special handprint ceremony on Hollywood Blvd for Francis Ford Coppola. There will be a special panel of experts discussing how headlines turn into movies. The list goes on and on!
