COOLING INSTRUCTIONS: If you want to cool the heat bag, put it in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It takes about 30-60 minutes to get cold but can be stored for longer if necessary.

If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us by April 22, 2024, otherwise we will ship your item.


Larger items can be picked up in Seaside, CA or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Mail. $15 for large envelopes, $32 for medium boxes, $44 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Teddy Bears with Heart is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
