A morning of strength, rejuvenation, and mimosas! Drop the kids off at school and greet the day with a challenging and uplifting 75-minute power yoga class in a serene garden setting. Power yoga challenges both body and mind. Expect to work hard, have fun, and leave reenergized. Alison Buchanan is a mother of two boys at Oak Knoll, a Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher at Vibe Yoga Studio, YogaSource and Studio Rincon, and an ambassador for both Tsuya by Kristi Yamaguchi and lululemon. The morning yoga class will be followed by a healthy brunch, all held at the home of Tracy Roeder on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Namaste. Women only please.
