Item Description
Nueva steel drum teacher Jim Munzenrider and steel pan princess and preK queen Carolee Fucigna are hosting a Caribbean Party up in Nueva's new Steel Shack on the Hillsborough sports field.
"Pans and Patron" is the theme of the evening. You will learn to play the steel drum in less than an hour, while mixmaster and sixth grade humanities teacher Gary Kaplan mixes Jim's special Patron Silver-Agave nectar into delicious margaritas. Appetizers from San Mateos Cuban Kitchen will round off the island spirit.
At the end of the evening we will record our song for posterity (and it will not be held against you!). Come jam with other parents and laugh the night away up at the Steel Shack!
